Week 35

Wilma Bento 














Farmers's omelet (a sort of spanish egg tortilla) filled with mushrooms, onions and leek.

Spinach with onions, tomatoes, feta cheese with curry herbs like coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, cumin and kurkuma (a sort of Sagh Paneer).

Mixed bell peppers cut into strips.

Flour tortillas (mexican style tortilla) to dip the juices.
